Her therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and client-centered, creating a supportive environment where individuals can explore their experiences and build meaningful change.
In addition to her traditional clinical training, Chelsea has received specialized education from Natural Lifemanship and the Animal Behavior Institute, enabling her to incorporate Equine Assisted Services as a powerful, experiential component of her treatment approach. This unique modality allows clients to engage in relational and somatic healing through interaction with horses, reinforcing the principles of connection and regulation.
Her therapeutic framework draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), supporting clients in understanding their thoughts, emotions, and internal dynamics. Whether working with children, adolescents, or families, Chelsea's work is grounded in the belief that healing begins in safe and trusting relationships.
